Shipping & Delivery
We aim to get your order to you within 3 working days from the date your order was shipped. For items which we need to send to overseas, the delivery lead time ranges from 7-14 working days. On a daily basis, our friendly courier partners strive to make deliveries happen between 12pm - 6pm ( Monday – Friday )

Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible. If your items have still not arrived, don’t worry. Please allow at least 1 - 14 business days for your order to arrive depending on the given estimated delivery time on your product. What is your Returns policy?
Returns are accepted if the product damage / defect. Returned accepted within 14 days of receipt ( for local and international orders). Only products that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in sellable condition can be returned.Please be informed that the returns for change of size and colors customer will bear all the cost for postage. Please notify us at return@arianionline.my by quoting the order number and product detail. Strictly NO EXCHANGE, RETURN or REFUND for sales and markdown item.
